Puffy Face...Help?! Insecure.

I figured this would be in beauty but today my brother said my face looks puffier...I'm sick and had two bowls of soup (with additional salt) minutes prior to when he said this..

have I gained weight or are those things above the reason?

Well, can't be the soup you can't noticeably gain weight like that haha..maybe its because you're sick. I doubt its anything to feel secure about :) plus, he's your brother, he was probably overexarggerating. that's a brother's job, they pick on you haha.
