I Want to get my dead ends cut off without cutting off length but I don't know how to do that. Can someone please walk me through the steps of how to do so.

You really can't. Just cut the dead ends off, if you leave them they will travel up your hair. Similar to how yarn unravels.

That is impossible... You have to cut something off. If you don't you will keep the dead hair. And dead hair is not pretty hahaha!

Look on YouTube, there's a method people use that makes taking less length off much easier, you take a piece of your hair, twist it and any bits sticking out towards the middle and ends of the hair that're split, white or broken can be cut off. Personally this worked for me but I couldn't see the back of my head so obviously you might need someone to help you. You'll still need to get a small trim because you aren't technically cutting the ends of your hair, though it will be easier because they won't need to cut as much off.
