I usually just use a regular exfoliate and I just make sure to keep my eyes tightly close.

You don't want to be too rough on that delicate skin. When mine gets dry and flaky, I use a spoolie and gently scrub it away when I wash my face. Then I use a strong but noncomedogenic moisturizer.
