I think drug store scissor would be the same.

I'd assume they're over-priced, not much difference can be made in scissors and you can sharpen them yourself if it was the case haha. I think its just the brand name, because all of my drugstore ones work fantastically.

I wouldnt overspend for scissors... I'm sure they're good but I'm positive you can find good quality cheap ones.

No youll get the same result using a cheaper one. I have a sally hanson one that is slanted and it works perfectly (:
