So my skin is naturally very pale and I love it! I was wondering how I can maintain my "paleness" haha is it true that is you use like an SPF 70 everyday can it help make your skin whiter? I'm pretty tan right now and I'm exfoliating and stuff. Because I don't really like how I look tan aha. I just reeeally love pale skin :) thanks.

I also use a moisturizer with high SPF and I spray on sunscreen when I go out anyways. I know I need it haha.

I'd use a physical sunscreen rather than chemical which most makeup uses as it feels lighter and gets absorbed by the skin and doesn't cause light to reflect it. Physical sunscreens have titanium dioxide or/and zinc oxide. It sits on. Top of the skin and reflects rays away from the skin rather than being absorbed like how chemical sunscreens work. I feel like chemical sunscreens really just help prevent burns and help you tan more evenly while physical sunscreens actual prevent getting a tan.
I like the neutrogena sensitive skin sunscreen SPF 60
Despite it being over 50, they're all like $10 so it doesn't really matter.

I know haha I put on normal sunscreen anyways when I leave. I don't ever just count on my products with SPF.

@Aurora thanks, I actually have the neutrogena sunscreen :) I use it everyday.

I just wanted to really know if using higher SPF could help my paleness or not. I already know I need to be using normal sunscreen everyday. Sorry if that sounded snobby haha didn't mean it too.

I like my paleness too! :D XD anyway, wear sunscreen and try to avoid sitting directly in the sun for a long amount of time.

I'm actually very pale for someone of my ethnicity. Why? I was born pale but what adds to it is my hatred for the outdoors lol. I don't ever go outside unless I'm walking to the car lol.

I love my paleness too and I hate how the top of my forearms are kinda tan. I put sunscreen on even when it's rainy.

I was actually reading about the tan trend and models use to be pale and there were pictures of women under umbrellas blocking the sun so they stay pale. Then coco Chanel went on vacation and came back tan so everyone started tanning and laying out on the beach and fair skin was out. I wouldn't mind for the tan trend to last because I don't mind being one of the pale oddities.

It's only in the US where tan is a big thing and probably in other places. A lot of the other countries being pale is what everyone wants
I would stay out of he sun. You don't always have to wear sunscreen. Just when you go outside.

I like being pale or tan. Doesn't make a big difference for me.

You could also wear hats they look really cute! Even over size sunglasses help a lot:p lol I take care of my face and body a lot since I am so sensitive and I love being pale too:) that and I have a lot of sun spots on my arms and shoulders from back when I was in marching band:)
