So now that I have my nose pierced I have to do like these lukewarm salt rinses and, the acne on that side of my nose has been disappearing! So what I do is 1/4 of a teaspoon of non iodized salt and mix it in lukewarm water. Then you can apply it with a q-tip or cotton ball. I did research on it also and people use Regular salt as well. Just wanted to share this, I never would have thought salt works but is working so well for my acne!

Its true it helps dry out pimples I used to do it too.
