Makeup for uneven eyelids?

I have uneven eyelids, not too crazy but still noticeable. How should I do my makeup? (I don't really want to use eyelid tape)

Mmm..well tape is the easiest method...just go by judgement and take your time I guess? Maybe do your eyeliner first as a guideline as to where the shadows end and the like, and then touch it up after doing your eyeshadow.
