Earring hole problem :(

Hey! Ok so sorry I don't know if I should even post this question on here... So I got my ear pierced again, now I have 2 holes on each side, and I got it like 8 weeks ago, but I finally decided to take it out and put in a clean new earing, but when I took it out my left side piercing doesn't feel right, everytime I stick in the earring it hurts like it closed up half way in like a minute!! So I don't know if I should let it be without an earring for awhile or just go through the pain of putting it back in?

Well if you don't put an earring in it's going to close..

If you leave it open, it'll close up. Put a clean earring in, and then rinse it with warm saline. Do not take the earring out again for at least another month. You need to clean it at last twice a day. Try not to touch or play with it.

Make sure to clean your hole and earring with rubbing alcohol and then before you put your clean earring back in, put some polysporin on your hole and your earring.
