Tight lining question.

Does anyone have a recommendation for removing eyeliner that has been tight lined?I love the look but have trouble removing it.

I just use my regular cleaning lotion, and then if I don't get it all I take a little cotton ball or tissue and wipe the rest of :)

I use jojoba oil. Just a bit, when I use a bit too much it gets into my eye and I end up looking like a snake with black eyeballs.
And then I wipe it with my regular cleaning lotion in a cotton ball.
