Best... For very dry combination skin?!

Hey ladies!
I was wondering what you would suggest for very dry combination skin? I have a lot of things I'm looking for so please suggest as many as you can!
I'm looking for :
•concealer-for under eyes
•bb cream
•foundation -I don't wear foundation normally, but I want a natural dewy look,
•toner
•facial wash
• face masks - any kind!

I usually use high end foundation but seriously neutrogena healthy skin is my all time favorite foundation. I have somewhat dry skin as well and it gives a slightly dewy, super pretty finish. It's so light I can feel my actual skin and has medium coverage. For a bb cream, I love the smashbox one.
