Non Drying Toner?

So I love how my skin feels clean after I use a toner but I have yet to find one that doesn't crazy dry out my skin. I have combo skin that is a bit sensitive. I would like to spend under $15. so what are some good non drying Toners?

I like the body shops' seaweed toner. I have dry sensitive skin. :)

Find something without alcohol in it, that's what's causing your skin to dry. I have some witch hazel (but mine is cheap and has alcohol in it) and is quite frankly very smelly, but it works great as an astringent/toner and you could probably find some that's 100% witch hazel.

You can get this stuff at Walgreens for about $6. I love it, aside from it's very...stinky plant smell.

The Proactiv toner is so nice (has glycolic acid) and isn't drying at all. Someone who doesn't even have acne could use it.

This stuff is my favorite! Alcohol free & doesn't smell bad :).
