1. That's what I use and I'm 33 and get carded still...sometimes lol.
2. If it's Traci recommended, there's your answer:) It seems to dry my skin out a bit but my skin is always dry so I use CeraVe moisturizer* also Traci recommended btw.

Yesss ma'am it's the best drugstore retinol your going to find and it will dry your skin out if you don't take baby steps start with three or four times a week a pea size amount for your whole face an stay away from the corners of your nose let is soak in for about 15 min then moisturize and only use it at night and spf in the morning
