Hollie, have you seen the new Sinful Shine with gel tech? They are only 1.99 and they can be used with or without the lamp (definitely recommend with)!! They have a ton of gorgeous fall colors too. Pretty, and so cheap for a gel polish.

They take awhile to dry if you don't have a UV light, but man they rock! The colors are amazing, and they definitely SHINE even without a top coat. Because my UV light is broken, I just put my seche vite over it while it was still tacky and they look beautiful. I highly recommend getting a couple.
