I need a new hair style, please help!

I really need to get my hair cut because I have so many dead and split ends. Its horrible. And since school is starting, I want to change up my style as well, but I don't really know what I want. I'm including a pic of me and how I normally wear my hair, which is just down in wave from over night braids. I need something really low maintenance, cuz I don't have time to style it much in the morning. Do you guys have any of ideas on what would be flattering on me?? thank you! (note, I'm not coloring it, just cutting it)

I might cut it that short, it depends! ill try like pinning it up to see how I like it short and stuff, but I do really like that pic. any other suggestions are still appriciated.
