Its a blood blister. not cancerous, just a pain in the ass. should go away in a few days. if it doesn't, see a derm.

I agree with the analysis that it's probably a blood blister and should go away. I have never heard that red moles are cancerous before so I wouldn't know what to say about that.
I would say wait a week and if it still hasn't gone away the. Go see a doctor or a dermatologist
