My sister waxed my eyebrows and one side has more hair ontop then the other.

Go and get them waxed by a professional. I wouldn't really suggest fixing them yourself.

Get them threaded. it's more precise.

Threaded or waxed and get some dipbrow to fix the other side. you will be good after that
