What is it? I'm not exactly sure how to use it. So I have blue hair, strip is with "color oops" then bleach & dye it purple? Will the blonde even be blonde when I bleach my hair after using this "color oops" Thanks in advance!!

Color oops does not work for unnatural hair colors like blue or purple. It says it right on the package.

Unnatural colors are usually vegetable based and react with the hair differently than chemical dyes, thus products like Color Oops do not affect them. Fading the color as much as possible with clarifying shampoo, dish soap, or dandruff shampoo is really the only way to get rid of it somewhat quickly. You might use a bleach bath (depending on the condition of your hair and the amount of color still left) but I would consult a professional beforehand.
Are you trying to get a red-based purple? There's no need to strip the blue out to blond if your going to use a blue-based purple on it.
