I'm looking for the gel liner which is water proof. I have bought one L'oreal, it says water proof, but it came off as black dirt under my outer corner of my eyes. Do you have any Idea of the good ones? Or any technic to avoid the black dirt like that? Please give me suggestion. Thank you.

There are two kinds, matte and noble. I like it to be like a little shine as the liquid one, which one should I pick??

Maybelline is not waterproof. It says it is, but it's not. I've never had an eyeliner run and wear off so easily in my life. Hope that you have an eyeliner brush, because the one that comes with it is crap. I'm going to try Inglot's when I get paid this Friday...I've heard so many good things.

New C, such pretty makeup! Beautiful!
That's a shame because by nature gel liner should be waterproof. I recently got IT Cosmetics gel liner and it's so pretty, but matte, it's so opaque though. A problem I was having with M.A.C's was it was not opaque enough for my liking.
