I don't mean to be rude, but you didn't need to repost this question. (: reposts aren't allowed, you must delete the original thread before reposting. As for products,
Look 1-To me, it looks like a shimmery tan with gold undertones. The crease looks like a warm golden brown shade, I recommend sticking with matte. I'm sure you could find a blue eyeliner crayon at the drugstore from any brand, I recommend looking at Nyx and Jordana. Add mascara and black liner as usual.
Look 2-To me, it looks like matte tan shades. You might be able to recreate it with the naked basics from urban decay. Smudge on some liner and add mascara and you're good.

Black liquid on the top and smudged blue pencil on the bottom any brand works for me so it doesn't really matter.
