The HD bye bye! Pores setting powder by IT Cosmetics is amazing for all skin types. It feels like nothing is on your face but keeps it all intact through out the day. As for foundation, Tarte Amazonian clay foundation is very good. If you have a darker skin tone it would most likely be better, as it doesn't carry in very light shades. It not only is very hydrating and organic, but is oil free. Good luck! X.

I've got combination skin and my usual routine is foundation (I have yet to find one I like because of my skin tone being so fair) "cut" with equal parts moisturizer (the Proactive oil free moisturizer is great!) and Rimmel Stay Matte pressed powder. I just recently began using the Rimmel powder and it is AMAZING! It keeps the shine off my forehead all day!

It really depends on what you are looking for. I noticed that highend works better for me due to the fact that they have lighter options when it comes to foundation. Not to mention they are often higher quality.
I like the Tarte tinted BB primer for my foundation and I use the Maybelline fit me powder or Tarte Amazonian clay powder to set my makeup.
I also used to really like Makeup Forever HD foundation before I found that the color was to dark for me.
But overall it depends on what you are looking for in a foundation. The coverage, the finish etc.
I would go to Ulta or Sephora to get matched to a foundation that would perfectly work for you.
