I love it! I have tea tree oil shampoo that I use because I'm terrified of lice and lice don't like tea tree! I also have a face wash (not sure of the brand) that I use morning and wash as well as a spot treatment from the body shop that I very rarely use and I use the actual oil mixed with my moisturizer if I see more dark spots on my skin are darker.
I love it with all my heart and would recommend it to anyone. Some people need to dilute it-however I don't and I know lots of people who are happy with the product that don't!

I use thursday plantation tea tree and witch hazel toner. Its helped my acne so much already and I just started using it on friday! It makes them less red and noticeable. Also has helped my acne scars and gotten rid of the ones forming. Sadly I don't have a before and after pic.

I dilute my tea tree oil using jojoba oil.

I find that it works great for inflammation and scarring, definitely brings down the size of any red-hot intruders.. Tea tree is similar to Benzoyl Peroxide.. but not as harsh. My skin does not like BP so it's a definite good thing for me. The only issue is that it can be a bit irritating for very sensitive skin types so it's always important to spot test it.
