Is it normal for skin to freak out when changing facial wash?

I recently switched to Neutrogena Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask because I heard it helps with blackheads. I have bad blackheads on my nose and it does help with the blackheads BUT it gave me lots of pimples on my eyebrow area! Almost like whitish pinkish pimples. Is this normal? I started using this wash about a week now and the pinkish whitish pimples are still there...

My old regime was Cetaphil face wash (which is a much simpler wash).

Should I still continue with Neutrogena? I was thinking like my skin was just reacting since I drastically changed my regimen...Please help!

It's extremely normal. your skin is purging and getting used to the new cleanser.

Ok. I do hope so! I only use the Neutrogena like every other day for a week. So it's not everyday because I was scared that I would get more pimples. Also, this is not a normal thing that I break out by my eyebrow area! EEP!

Yeah it's normal for the first 2 weeks but if it still gives you problems after that then it might not be a good cleanser for you.

I think you could try neutrogena but I did the reverse and switched to cetaphil. In my opinion, cetaphil works better but your a different person so you may have different results.
