If you apply more thing layers instead of apply like two thick layers it could fix it! Or you could try buffing your nails before to make sure your nails are smooth first!

It's the polish itself. Where do you store it? If you keep it anywhere warm or humid, or in sunlight then that'll be causing it. Nail polish also needs to be stored upright and then turned over every now and then. You might also be putting the polish on too thick. Thinner layers work better. Make sure they dry between layers too. Do you shake the bottle? Because that can also cause bubbles. Try rolling the bottle between your hands.
