So I really hate getting my nails done because I love to do my own and its practice by using my other hand, but when I went to go get my nails done I asked for nothing and just to leave them but then she gave me lines (if they actually are lines) I just want to know if you guys think they look good or should I just take it off and do a better design myself.

I think they are nice, but I personally am not a huge fan of them. If you are not in love with them, you should do them yourslef. If you are, well, then leave them on. :P.
