Sally Hansen makes a growth polish :) it's worked for me.

I use the Sally Hansen growth mirical (I think) but its in a gold bottle along with the nail strengthener/hardner because it grows your nails super quick but when they do grow out there so weak and flimsy that they break all the time, so I do two days of nail growth and one of hardener and it seemed to work fine for me, having longer nails finally stopped me from biting my nails after 18 years of doing it.

Duri rejuvacote nail growth system is the best!

My nails were literally like yours and within a month they grew long and strong. Idk where you live but you can find it at bed bath and beyond with a Harmon in it
