I always put moose on my hair because is thick and curly so it's the only thing that controls it but I heard It can damage your hair? Does it?

No, I find that's a myth. My sister has used it for years and her hair is still healthy and gorgeous!

Yes.
Moose generally contains solvent alcohol, which can in fact be very drying to the hair and cause it to become weak.
Most women use other products on their hair ( Serums, Creams, Etc. ) which are generally heavy in silicone which will make their hair feel softer, but once you do a clarifying wash you will see that without product, your hair is a mess.

I see you have curly hair, I really recommend using the Shea Moisture Curl enhancing smoothie... it works far better than any moose/gel that I have used and gives you no frizz, puffiness, etc.
It defines your curls amazing, is non-drying, and great for your hair.
It's the only product that allows me to wear my curls down ( I typically cannot with moose and gel. ) and with continuous use, you may not even have to use it anymore. It is my holy grail and it leaves my hair so soft and beautiful.

I use an anti frizz curl cream and a styling oil and my curls are perfect everytime. I dislike mousse because for me, everytime I've use it, it makes my hair crunchy/stiff.

I use (d) it and my hair has never broken, lost shine or became thinner. So, whoever came up with that myth just talks bs in my oppinion. But also, I stopped using moose because it makes my hair very greasy. But I already have very greasy hair naturally. In 24 hours my hair go's from first day to 4th day...

I have been using moose in my hair since I was 12 I am 15 now (naturally curly) and my hair is super healthy. All I use is moose and Moroccanoil and I never put heat to it. And my hair is fine. It's definitely less damaging than a lot of other things people do with their hair. 😂

Mousse can be drying to your hair depending on the brand, just like any other hair product. It's not going to instantly make your hair fall out or anything, but just because there isn't visible damage doesn't mean it's not weakening the cuticle and cortex of the hair. I'm a professional stylist and I've seen plenty of hair that is too weak to chemically process just due to over-use or improper use of products containing high levels of alcohol.
