Acne breakouts help!!

I've always had pimples one here it disappears and then one there nothing major, witgin this past year or so my face is horrible!! Dark spots acne everywhere I've tried proactive and different face washes and they do not help at all!! Anyone have any suggestion PLEASE!! I also made a derm appointment but the soonest they can get me in is Oct 30th so I need something at least til then.

Have you heard of arbone? My mom sells it and the face wash and lotions and acne treatment spot stuff works amazingly! No harsh chemicals!
