Whenever I take pictures or smile just in general I have bags under my eyes.): is there any way I can get rid of them?!

Naturally: tea bags, cold spoon, ice water or more sleep lol
Cosmetically: I have the same issue a green concealer cancels redness and an orange does wonders for blues. Hope I helped :)

It's usually lighting. Try and avoid photographing in direct, overhead lighting.
