What to use to apply a whipped foundation? (Revlon colorstay). I usually use liquid and use my real techniques stippling brush, and when I tried using it for this foundation it looked horrible. What brush would you reccomend? Preferably under $15.

It's best you buy a brush like this, you can purchase them at most places.

That brush is waaaay too small. Use a damp sponge, the real techniques one is great!
