Hey everyone!
I was going around Venice towards the department store in Venice, Italy that has a Mac counter in it, and I bumped into the all-new Mac standalone store on the way! So now Venice is fully stocked with 2 Sephora and 2 Mac stores...Woohoo!
Anyway...
The wonderful Flora at the new Mac store sat me down and matched me with a "winter" shade of the Pro Longwear concealer, since the one I had was good in the summer but now it doesn't blend in quite as well. I went from NC35 (summer) to NW25 (winter) but the shades are very similar, I just get a bit more rosy in the winter. I'm going to mix them together for a while before winter comes.
I was sad to find out that they were out of my shade already, but I saw the amazing Heroine lipstick and decided to buy that one there and to go to the other store to get my concealer...it was just 15 minutes away walking distance.
And, obviously, I had to stop at Sephora too (it's opposite the department store with the Mac counter...awesome!) and I picked up my favorite eyebrow pencil (Sephora brand, the medium shade), an eyebrow/eyelash comb (with the metal comb...it separates my eyelashes like a dream!) and some handy oil blotting papers (Sephora brand).
All in all, I'm very happy with my purchases!
Picture is coming - plus a swatch of the lipstick!
p.s. I'm seriously in Love with Mac Heroine. It doesn't dry out my lips at all!
xoxoxo
