If they are not covering how you would like I would suggest a color corrector then your concealer on top, and for a technique I like blending with a fluffy brush :)

Go with a color corrector and remember less is more. Apply too much product and you're just defeating the purpose. I apply product with a brush and then go in with my pinky finger using a pat pat motion.

I have quite bad dark under eye circles so what I do is apply a corrector or brightener (pink or yellow depending on the undertone of your skin) and then I go in with a regular concealer that matches my skin tone. Also since you're applying a lot of product that way I use a damp beauty blender because it picks up excess product. Hope that helps you :)
