People are telling I should get Balayage Hair when I get it done! Can y'all please tell me what that exactly is and post ALOT of pictures and I have short to medium ( shoulder length) hair so pics of long hair won't do any good so can y'all please post pics of that hair length? Thank you(:

I don't have any pictures, but it's a highlighting technique that makes the streaks of color appear more natural and even, rather than in big, obvious chunks.
