Is Pawpaw ointment any good?

I have the most amazing lanolin lip balm (Dr. Lipp's Original Nipple Balm for Lips), but it's also supposed to be great for cuticles, calluses, etc. However, it's dang expensive, and you only get about .5oz per container. I've decided I want to save this exclusively for my lips.

Is pawpaw (such as Lucas') a good body alternative? I want something super moisturizing.
