In my opinion and personal experience is that if you don't have any experience I wouldn't recommend doing it on your own. I find that people usually waste more money when they do that. If something goes wrong you're going to have to end up going to a salon and getting it professionally fixed, therefore I think you should either save up and go to the salon or have a family member or a friend that has had somewhat experience do it for you! :)

If it were me, I'd buy 30vol peroxide and just the blue bleach powder in a tub. I say 30 because your hair is quite dark, in my case I'd just use 20. You could buy a brush aswell if you think that'll make it easier. And if you don't have any gloves around, get some because the bleach will lighten your skin if it comes in contact.
