Can anyone who has had experience with Accutane tell me about the good and the bad that came with it, please?

I have taken 1.5 rounds of accutane. I took it for 6 month last year. My derm made me stop in my 3rd month of my second round last month bc I didnt really need it. Overall I had positive experience with accutane. My skin is baby soft now and glowy as ever *knock on wood*. Prior accutane, I had terrible acne and had been suffering since my teenage years. Thankfully I didn't get inital massive breakout. But my goodness my lips were cracked up like crazy. I went through 4 tubes of aquaphor...by far the best lip treatment. Unfortunately I also suffered depression, I realized I was really really stressed out with college and life. But all in all I really recommend accutane anyone who is suffering acne. My face started clearing after 2nd month into accutane.
