So I recently went from dark brown to silver... in one day and my hair is F R I E D

I'm hearing really good things about the Loreal hair mask, what do you guys recommend?

I'd recommend taking your case to a hairdresser and have them evaluate the situation. I personally prefer professional grade hair masks and I buy those at my hairdresser's! :)

I'd trim the ends and get some Pravana or Pureology for damaged hair. I'd also get some Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Coconut Oil..and mask it for a few hours on the ends.

A wet brush and Pravana leave-in or It's a 10 leave-in spray as well. Additionally, I'd use cool water and avoid heat.

Be very careful about the masks you put in your hair. Too much keratin can make the damage worse. Never touch your hair wait heat without thermal protectant products, and limit the amount that you wear your hair up as the bands will break it. Also, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you can't fully repair fried hair. The cuticle is stripped and cortex is damaged and the only sure fire way to get rid of it is to cut it off.

Biolage makes an awesome shampoo/conditioner set specifically for over processed and damaged hair. I had an old manager of the salon I work at to destroy my hair and I bought that and boy did it help out a ton. It's in a silver bottle with a blue top, not sure exactly what it's called atm. They also have a similar line called fiber strong in a silver bottle with a green top and it does wonders also. And as someone suggested, get a Its A 10! leave in conditioner.

Thanks ladies. This isn't my first time bleaching my hair I just need something more heavy duty to add the moisture back.
