Hi all,
I need help!
This morning I woke up with so many breakouts and a huge rash all over my face.
I've had acne for the past month, and I don't know where it came from!
About 5 months ago I changed my lifestyle because my diet wasn't great and I wasn't doing any exercise. So I started working out and eating clean. About one month after I started my acne began to reduce but not all of it was gone.
About one month ago, I became a vegan and decided I would drink 8-10 litres of water a day, and exercise mostly every day. I've stuck to that (and I never eat or drink anything that is bad for my health) and since I did that, my acne cleared up altogether and my skin was perfect for the next three months... I even stopped using skincare products and it stayed so clear). My complexion brightened also.
But now, I have had to go back to using skincare products (I use very mild, gentle products) because my acne has come back, even though I still exercise regularly, drink excessive amounts of water and am still vegan.
It's strange because when I first started using the product I use now, it worked really well! Now not so much. I don't know what happened!
I do not want to stop being vegan because it has done miracles for me (I am generally way more positive, and I dropped 10 kgs) so I will not be giving it up.
But is there anything else I can do to help my skin? Anything I'm missing?

I agree with Jacqlyn I would see a doctor or a dermatologist and stop using the skincare products until your skin clears up.

It gets worse before it gets better! Also I use face masks once a month and I'm not as pimply as usually!
