I do cat eye eyeliner every day. I use a felt tip liner, and apply shadow first. However, half way through the day, my eye shadow has slipped into lines, my eyeliner is ruined around the edges and its printed against my upper eyelid (despite being dry when I open my eyes after putting it on). My eyelids also feel oily/greasy. How do I stop this and keep it in place? Blotting tissues? Powder? Primer? A combination? Please help! Thank you xxx

Using a primer would probably stop this. I recommend the elf eyelid primer. It's really cheap and gets the job done.

A primer would work, try to find one for oily skin as it will be designed to keep your eyes dry.

Agree with primer you can also set it with some translucent setting powder too for the oiliness.

Primer! I like my urban decay primer potion!! It runs about $10 for the sample size (which lasts a looong time for me at least lol) & elf is only $1 but it's not as great!

I don't think I can get elf in the UK unless I go online... :/

Nyx also makes a great eyeshadow primer.

Can you get the urban decay and nyx brands in the UK?

For the eyeliner, putting a bit of eyeshadow ontop of it (for example a matte black ontop of black eyeliner) will help to make it not smudge nor run :)
