Hi gals,
don't know if this is no news for some people but I'll share anyways!
so a few days ago when I was on a plane I indulged into a bit of shopping and found a 6-pack of Kate Rimmel lipsticks for a very good price.
Last night I had a friend's birthday party to go to, so I wore the Kate lipstick, #10.
I applied it at 9 pm, without any primer, spent the whole evening having drinks and talking loads, I even gnawed on my lips too.
I never reapplied it. When I got home I had one too many, I was too tired to remove my make up so I just kind of passed out on my bed.
Girls when I woke up the lipstick was pretty much still intact, it did not smudge or bleed, it lasted all through that!
I mean it wasn't as juicy looking but it was still deep bright red as if I had applied it half an hour ago!
Sorry if this is lame to some people but I was really freaking impressed :P
So yeah I just thought I'd share with you guys. I know that the hunt for long-lasting lipsticks can be frustrating.
Also sorry if I don't have a picture but I only thought about posting it on here after I showered.

Wow really? Haha I've never noticed them lasting that long, they not super long lasting for me at all actually..but I do love them. That's awesome!

Yeah most of the colours I have in the 6 pack don't last long at all! I keep having to reapply them, but this red one just stayed on like it was glued to my lips! I was so surprised.
And I found them on a flight from Abu Dhabi to Shanghai, but every plane has a duty free range of products that they sell! They usually let you know about it, but if not just ask!
I already had bought one of these lipsticks in Europe but it was like about €8, which is why when I saw that there were 6 for €25 I freaked and just had to get them.
Overall they are quite good versatile lipsticks, but this #10 red just blew my mind.
I guess the lasting effect depends on each person!

And Alexis they are not matte. However Rimmel Kate has a matte range as well if I'm not mistaken. Don't know about the lasting effect of those though! Never tried them! Definitely worth a shot especially if you're in the US, I looked it up and they only cost around $4./5...
