I have folded eyelids so eyeliner doesn't show up instead I use a really dark brown eye shadow all the way across my upper eyelid as an "eyeliner" and I only line the outer half of the bottom of my eyes. I use a white eyeliner on the water line and white eye-shadow on the inner half of the bottom of my eyes. If you would like I'd be happy to take a few close up pictures for you
