So I'm unsure if I should rinse the coconut oil out or not, I'm just putting it on my ends and I want to leave it in, would that be ok? What do you girls do? Thanks!

Yes you can leave it in for as long as you want, just make sure to really wash it out when you do!

Leave it in for an hour and then rinse it out. If you leave it in, your hair will look greasy.

I personally would as it tends to make hair look stringy, but if you only out a minuscule amount, blow dry it to set and don't notice a problem you can leave it as a leave in conditioner :)

Personally whenever I use coconut oil I put it from roots to ends and leave in overnight. as long as you wash it out properly then it's fine. I love coconut oil for hair by the way!

Just don't let it look greasy/stringy.
