Be careful with keratin. too much and your hair will be hard. shea moisture makes some hair masks. alyah has a good idea. adding oil to conditioner is great!

I don't Like carols daughter either. wanted to love it. great back story!. but it just didn't do a thing for me.. any of it.
I use one from the beauty supply. $5.99.. ( I refuse to pay more than $10 as I have long hair and only get about 2 or 3 uses from one container and I deep condition often). I'll post a pic in a bit.. make sure to get the name right. its by soft & free
