I love natural looks but I also love spontaneous and daring looks, which is what you mean by fake I'm assuming? Do you mean fake as in you can tell someone is wearing a lot of it?

I like natural makeup I'm not comfortable wearing over loads of cakey makeup because I think it looks terrible when there's like 7 layers of foundation on someone

I'm assuming you mean natural vs dramatic as opposed to bare face vs makeup?
If so, it depends on the occasion! There's nothing wrong with going over the top with makeup
