So everytime I finish my eye makeup my eyes start watering and my hard work goes to waste:( anyone know how I can prevent this?

This happens to me too!:( it's so annoying, it also happens if my moisturiser, primer or concealer gets in my eyes:( well makeup in general, sorry I haven't found a way of getting round it yet either:(

When applying your eyemakeup your eyes could be drying out quickly since youre focusing on applying the makeup. I don't know any remedies but you could try getting some lubricating eyedrops and before applying your makeup apply the drops and then do your eye makeup? That way your eyes can stay hydrated.

Just make sure you're blinking often as your eyes water when they're dry.

I agree with both Alyssa and Dorothea..I went to my eye doctor and told the problem and he gave an eye drop so that worked out but still if my eyes water sometimes (which it does but not because of makeup) I blink constantly! Eye drops definitely helped! Just don't try to fix anything by touching it'll ruin your entire makeup! :(
