How do I keep my glitter eye shadow from clumping and spreading where I don't want it to go?

Pressing instead of spreading when applying helps. I usually hold or tape a kleenex underneath to help with fallout. Also a good primer helps too, I recommend Too Faced Glitter primer.

I use a really good quality primer whenever I apply glitters. That way I know that they will stick to one area. You can also brush fallout away with a fan brush as it wound blend the color or glitter into your skin.
