I'm getting my nursing degree right now and one of the major things is that we can't wear any type of nail polish at all. Not even a clear coat. We also wash our hands so many times a day that my hands start to get dry and my nails get weak. so I was wondering what are your tips and trick to keep your nails nice and strong with out using any sort of nail polish/top coat and what is your favorite hand cream.

I use burts bees cuticle cream! It comes in a little tin so it can fit perfectly in your bag. I love it :)

I'm a cna on a very busy cardiac unit, I don't work very often anymore bc of school, but girl I know your struggle with dry hands and constant hand washing, my advice is to find urself any super moisturizing cream like gold bond ultra healing (I think that's the name), bliss or anything that touts intensive, repairing etc... and buy a pair of soft cotton gloves or even better a box of latex free rubber gloves like, I'm sure, the ones you use everyday. Slather on the cream last thing at night before bed, put the gloves on over it and sleep on it. Your hands will feel like princess hands after a while.
This will help your nails to, but you can also try getting a nourishing growth treatment like from sally Hansen, not the top coat, its more like a serum
