A foundation isn't intended to make you look "flawless," that's usually based solely on the condition of your skin itself. Make sure you skin care is on point, then that'll help with makeup application looking "flawless". However, foundation's only purpose is to even out the skin tone. I'd say try always moisturize and exfoliate dry patches, a silicone based primer to smooth over the dryness of your skin, and use a foundation that's good for your skin type. Liquids usually accentuate dry patches, at least to my experience.

Let me rephrase, I don't want my ski to look flawless I want the foundation to, I don't want a foundation that looks like I'm wearing foundation.

Personally all the drugstore foundation I've tried aren't the greatest. I've heard that the neutrogena healthy skin foundation looks pretty natural on the skin and I believe it's for dry skin

Hello Christina,

I am a forum moderator for Beautylish. Please be advised that reposts are not allowed within our community talk forums. If you did not obtain enough answers to your last post, I advise that you delete your unanswered threads ( this can be done through the Beautylish website, not through the mobile app ) and start them over as new question.
Reposted threads are not allowed in our talk forums. Why?
They push down other threads, and begin a domino effect of leaving threads unanswered and an increase of reposts and threads with no answers.
I look forward to your cooperation in our community and hope to see you around.

Thanks!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Maybelline Super Stay Makeup its for all skin types, it doesn't look like your wearing any, and it covers my rosacea! It makes my pores pretty invisible! I am in LOVE with it! I hardly even know I have it on by feeling, and it doesn't transfer, which I LOVE!
