I think giving a quick call to your piercer would be a good idea. I could be wrong but I don't think that should happen like that.

Oh yeh when I went in to get the second one done she just pulled the skin away with forceps so I assume that's what I'm meant to do.

It's really crazy to see how your body fights to heal itself...pretty amazing if you think of it that way! Where are they on your body? (just curious) :)
I think you should let her do it for you anyway, she can evaluate the situation. just make sure you call her first.

Did you patch them for the first week? May I ask where you got them done? Generally speaking dermals should be kept patched for a week, sometimes even longer depending on if your piercer says so.

In saying that, if I were you I'd be careful poking around at them if you try to sort this issue out by yourself, it could reject if you fiddle with it too much. How often have you been cleaning them and what with?

There on my hip yes they were bandaided for the first week.
