So the other day I finally bought the stila waterproof eyeliner..well huge disappointment...it smudges all over my eyes and makes me look terrible and it burns my eyes...can anyone please help me find a better one? I'm out 20 dollars...:(

I agree with Sandra. Gel liners are great for the waterline. I personally use maybelline eyestudio gel liner which is great and well priced too :)

I'm with Shumi, Shiro and Harlyn, but mixed together hahaha I use Rimmel scandaleyes dipped in my maybeline eyestudio gel liner. it makes it super easy to apply on the waterline!

If you bought it at Sephora you can always return it even if you've used it; they also give store credit if you've lost the receipt. I have one from Urban Decay that works really well on the waterline. I can't remember the name of it off the top of my head but it's a black twist up liner, I'm pretty sure it's called Stay All Night or All Nighter or something along those lines. It's very black and doesn't smudge and lasts well.
