You Can Put A Spot Of Toothpaste On It &' Leave It Overnight But Don't Put Too Much.

Use a tea tree or benzoyl peroxide spot treatment.

Use some sort of spot treatment. I'd recommend benzoyl peroxide as that's what works for me... But everyone's skin is different. A lot of girls see results with diluted tea tree oil. Also make sure to not touch it or play with it and for a few hours don't put any makeup on it. I'd also sleep overnight with a sulfur mask/ spot treatment like Jacqlyn said.
